Bell Let’s Talk Day 2025

Bell Let’s Talk is a year-round initiative inspiring Canadians to take action for better mental health. This year, it focuses on the growing mental health crisis among Canadian youth.

Mental illness often begins in adolescence1, with suicide being the second leading cause of death among Canadians aged 15-242. Alarmingly, 80% of youth don’t get the help they need.3 While young people are particularly vulnerable, it is important to remember that mental illness can affect individuals at any age.  

Thanks to initiatives like Bell Let’s Talk, progress is being made. Funds raised have helped more than 5 million Canadians access mental health programs, and with continued efforts to breakdown stigma, more lives can be transformed.
