Sutton Welcomes Christian Hanson

Sutton Special Risk is pleased to announce that Christian Hanson has joined the Sutton team as Assistant Vice President, Sports. Christian holds a Degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and was a member of the University’s Fighting Irish hockey team. Following his college career, Christian went on to play 8 years of professional hockey, including 3 seasons in the National Hockey League with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

In his role at Sutton, Christian will be focused on further expanding Sutton’s professional and amateur sports insurance footprint and expertise in the United States. Christian will also work closely with our Canadian sports underwriters to support ongoing growth in the Canadian market.
